Q: How many booths do you have?
A: We currently own one Mirror Booth, but can access additional booths if requested.
Q: Is there a minimum time required to rent the Mirror Booth?
A: The starter package has a minimum 2 hour rental requirement.
Q: Is there a charge for travel?
A: Our coverage radius is within 40 miles of McKinney Texas, 75070. A small surcharge will be assessed based on the location provided in your initial quote.
Q: How much space is required for the Mirror Booth?
A: 48 square feet (6x8) is required for the Mirror Booth. In addition, sufficient space for a 6 foot folding table is needed to house the Mirror Booth props and photo printer.
Q: If my party is going really well can we extend our booth time?
A: Yes! If we are not already scheduled for another event, booth times can be extended for an additional $100 per hour.
Q: Does Refleck Booth require a deposit?
A: Yes, a $100 deposit is required to hold your appointment. If your event is cancelled within 14 days of your event, the deposit will be non refundable.
Q: What is the setup time for the booth?
A: We require a minimum of 1 to 1:30hr to set up. This is to ensure that all technology, space, wifi, and other items are working properly.
Q: Can I customize my photos?
A: Of course! Your template is designed and approved prior to the event. This includes logos, hashtags, and more. There is no surcharge for the initial design request.
Q: What size are the prints?
A: Prints come in 2x6, 4x6, or 5x7 depending on the package you purchase.
Q: Does the Mirror Booth provide photo and video?
A: The booth is able to accommodate both video and photo. Please inquire within your booking request.
Q: What happens if the mirror booth technology crashes?
A: This is a potential challenge. If for some reason the booth malfunctions, Refleck Foto will diligently work to resolve the issue. If for some reason the technical issue cannot be resolved and there has been sufficient delay, Refleck Foto will provide a partial or full refund. We will strive to provide an amicable resolution for our customers.
